One in four of us will struggle with our emotional health at some time in our lives. Life has its ups and downs for all of us.

  • Are you concerned about how you are going to make your money last this month? 

Things like this could be having an effect on the way you think, feel and behave and it can be frightening if it’s happening to you. It could be stopping you from enjoying the things that you usually like to do.

 

There’s help out there –you can speak directly to a local talking therapy team member.  They will talk through your worries with you and provide the best support, help and advice for your particular need. You can also speak to your doctor or nurse at your GP practice to seek help.

STEP 1

STEP 2
Following this, you will be invited by a provider to meet or chat on the phone, to talk over what is best for you. Most providers will be able to do this within 5 days. This chat will help determine what type of treatment is best for you, whether it be low or high intensity. 

STEP 3
After your first chat it will be determined what level or help you will need as stated above. Some people may need a higher intensity treatment, which may involve a slightly longer waiting time. Others may be able to be seen more quickly.
